5-Year Liability

Section 14(3) of the RERA Act makes the builder liable for any 'structural defect or any other defect in workmanship' for five years. They must fix it within 30 days of your complaint.

Delay Penalties

You are entitled to compensation for every month the project is delayed. Don't let the builder force you to sign a 'waiver' of these rights.
